  • Charoset (apple, nut, spice and wine mixture) a representation of the mortar and bricks that Jews used for Pharoh
  • Zeroa (shankbone) ....Symbolizes the Paschal sacrifice on the eve of the exodus
  • Beitzah (egg) represents the Holiday offering in the days of the Temple
